By integrating Lucid's Building Dashboard technology into the Honest Buildings Platform, property owners and building managers can more effectively market commercial real estate, while prospective tenants and occupants can make more informed real-estate decisions

New York, NY

Lucid and HonestBuildings.com announced that Lucid will provide real-time resource and performance data for thousands of commercial buildings on the HonestBuildings.com platform. Starting today, members of Honest Buildings will just need to type in an address to access real-time performance data for thousands of buildings listed on the platform. Examples include the Koch Science Center at Deerfield Academy, the 750 East Pratt Street building in Baltimore, and net-zero energy office at 5010 Shoreham Place in San Diego, built and occupied by DPR Construction.

“We’re thrilled to be joining Honest Buildings to provide building owners, managers, service providers and occupants real-time energy consumption information so they can make better decisions about their buildings,” said Michael Murray, CEO of Lucid. “These tools allow these stakeholders to more accurately understand and compare their building’s energy and water consumption with other buildings around the country.”
